Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. International Shipping, Customs & Taxes
We offer worldwide shipping to deliver Grindin globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
